ND Design & Build we offer Four different services when it comes to home remodeling. The first service is Working with your choice of Architect or Builder and providing a design service. Choosing us for your architecture and design, will provide you a creative design that incorporate green techniques with landscape and a timeless and luxury lifestyle.

The next service we offer is Interior Design and Home Organization When remodeling a large space, it can be overwhelming task of making

decision on finishes, décor, and colors . With our interior design service, we’ll work with you to achieve a unique and artistic space that reflects your family’s personalities and lifestyle. We’ll assist you with every selection that goes into the design – from the big decisions to the minute details

The third service we offer is Remodeling and Construction. ND Design + Build takes pride in small home remodels with in Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and Indoor/outdoor living spaces. We can do a full interior or exterior remodel, small or big using our minimalist design solutions with a luxurious feel.

The final service we offer is Home Maintenance and Installation. We have a trusted team of service providers as part of our family here at ND Design + Build. From professionally installing your washer and dryer, replacing the water heater, disposal maintenance, Jetting services, electrician services, lighting installation, painting, decks, flooring repairs, and Restoration service providers.

Additionally, we collaboration and partner with moving services to and provide skilled project management for packing, unpacking when you moving into a new home. Installing and transporting Gallery Art to your new home or installation of your personal collection.

We install shelves, mirrors, furniture and more when you move into a new space and make your move as smooth as possible. You can trust our contractors into your home knowing we will provide a top quality service with ND Designs + Build.

What does ND Design & Build’ home remodeling process look like?

  • Structural repairs – any structural issues that affect the safety of your home will be addressed.

  • Demolition – anything that needs to be removed will be during demolition.

  • Interior construction – new walls, window frames, doors, and support beams are added to your home.

  • Insulation and drywall – these things are installed and your home starts to come together.

  • Windows – energy-efficient windows are added to make your home green.

  • Interior work – this is the fun part, when cabinets, wall treatments, flooring, and other design elements are installed.
